Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital appoints Diane Ridgway president

Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown (Tenn.) Hospital tapped Diane Ridgway to serve as its new president. Most recently, she served as Memphis, Tenn.-based Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital’s vice president of patient care and COO.

Ms. Ridgway previously worked at Methodist, serving as senior vice president and chief patient care officer. She then joined WellStar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, Ga., as COO. She re-joined Methodist in 2011. She began her career as a perioperative nurse at Memphis-based Methodist University Hospital in 1983.

Ms. Ridgway succeeds William Kenley, who is taking on the role of executive vice president for the Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare Community Group.
