Merit Health River Region in Vicksburg, Miss., is dropping the 'interim' from CEO Benjamin Richaud title, according to a report by The Vicksburg Post.
Here are four things to know:
1. Mr. Richaud has served as leader of the hospital on an interim basis since December 2016.
2. Previously, he served as COO of Merit Health River Region.
3. Prior to joining the hospital, he served as both the assistant CEO and interim CEO at Tennova Healthcare Dyersburg (Tenn.) Regional.
4. He holds a master of science in health administration degree and a MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
