Mr. Ritz currently serves as president of Hospital Sisters Health System, as well as president and CEO of St. John’s Hospital, in Springfield, Ill.
Mr. Ritz replaces current president Dave Vellinga, who is stepping down to focus on his duties as president and CEO of Mercy Health Network. Mr. Ritz will begin in his new position on or around July 8.
