Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Medical Center names Ronda Lehman president: 4 things to know

Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima, Ohio, selected Ronda Lehman to serve as president, effective April 29, according to the Lima News.

Four things to know:

1. Ms. Lehman had served as interim president of the hospital since Jan. 24.

2. She previously served as vice president and COO of Mercy Health Physicians in Lima.

3. She joined Cincinnati-based Mercy Health in 1995 as a pharmacist.

4. Ms. Lehman, a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, holds an MBA from Tiffin (Ohio) University.
