Mr. Gaug, who assumed the role Aug. 1, was previously executive director of information technology and CIO at Lima (Ohio) Memorial Hospital. He has also served as director of information technology at Cleveland Clinic Akron (Ohio) General Hospital.
He is a College of Healthcare Information Management Executives-certified healthcare CIO and holds a master’s degree in information systems from Baker College in Flint, Mich.
