Memorial Hermann CFO to leave for Banner Health

Dennis Laraway, executive vice president and CFO of Houston-based Memorial Hermann, will join Phoenix-based Banner Health as CFO on Sept. 29.

Mr. Laraway has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare financial leadership. He has held his current positions at Memorial Hermann since 2011. He has also served in administrative positions with healthcare facilities in New York and was previously vice president and CFO of St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix.

“Banner has achieved national acclaim through strong leadership and a commitment to excellence,” said Mr. Laraway. “I hope to complement Banner’s management team as we move forward under new models of care delivery, finding solutions to help solve the many challenges facing our industry and our consumers.”
