Medical Center of Trinity names assistant chief nursing officer: 4 things to know

Medical Center of Trinity (Fla.) selected Courtney Stephenson, MSN, RN, to serve as assistant chief nursing officer.

Here are four things to know:

1. Ms. Stephenson most recently served as CNO at St. Petersburg, Fla.-based Northside Hospital.

2. She has worked with Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare — parent of both Medical Center of Trinity and Northside Hospital — for almost 11 years.

3. She has served in a number of leadership roles at HCA, including vice president of clinical services and interim CNO.

4. She completed HCA’s Executive Development Program.
