McLaren Greater Lansing hospital names Thomas Mee CEO

McLaren Greater Lansing (Mich.) hospital has named Thomas Mee, RN, BSN, MBA, president and CEO.

Since 2013, Mr. Mee has served as COO of McLaren Greater Lansing hospital, where he oversaw daily operations of the main hospital campus as well as McLaren Orthopedic Hospital, also in Lansing.

Mr. Mee began his career at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Park, Mich., as an emergency center nurse. After a series of progressive promotions into administrative roles, he became vice president of physician services, a role he served until joining McLaren Lapeer Region hospital as vice president and CNO in 2007.

Mr. Mee will succeed Rick Wright, MBA, who resigned.
