Maryland system CHRO retires, successor named

Baltimore-based GBMC HealthCare named Michael Pulido senior vice president and chief human resources officer, effective Aug. 31.

Mr. Pulido brings more than 30 years of human resources, operational and executive leadership experience to the role, according to an Aug. 13 LinkedIn post from GBMC HealthCare.

He most recently provided strategic human resources and healthcare operational consulting through MCP Leadership Consulting and served as a senior client executive with OneDigital. 

Mr. Pulido previously worked at St. Joseph, Mo.-based Mosaic Life Care from 2001 to 2022. He held several senior leadership roles there, including CHRO, chief administrative officer and COO. 

He succeeds Anna-Maria Gonzalez Palmer, who is retiring after nine years at GBMC.
