Mr. Bailey has four decades of healthcare experience.
Prior to joining Mountain Laurel, he held various roles at Baltimore-based University of Maryland Medical Center’s Midtown campus. These roles included executive director and CFO, as well as chief financial and administrative officer.
Mr. Bailey has a master’s degree in finance and financial management services from the University of Baltimore.
