Mr. Roach is currently CEO of Nashoba Valley Medical Center in Ayer, Mass. Previously, he served as CFO and COO of Nashoba. He succeeds Karen Moore, who resigned earlier this year for personal reasons. Candra Szymanski has been serving as interim president and CEO and will return to her former position of COO when Mr. Roach takes over.
