Mark Biscone. President and CEO of Waldo County Healthcare (Belfast, Maine). Mr. Biscone has been with Waldo County Healthcare for more than 35 years. In addition to leading Waldo County Healthcare, of which Waldo County General Hospital is a part, Mr. Biscone is also president and CEO of Pen Bay Healthcare, both of which are part of Portland-based MaineHealth. In 2014, Mr. Biscone was named Citizen of the Year by the Belfast Area Chamber of Commerce.
