Marcia Manker. CEO of Saddleback Memorial Medical Center (Laguna Hills, Calif.) and Orange Coast Memorial Medical Center (Fountain Valley, Calif.). Ms. Manker was appointed CEO of Orange Coast memorial in 2002 and took on additional responsibilities as CEO of Saddleback Memorial in June. In addition to her work as CEO, she also serves on the University of California, Irvine Executive Leadership Council, the University of Southern California Sol Price School of Public Policy Advisory Board and the Hospital Association of Southern California Regional Board. Ms. Manker obtained her MBA from California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo.
