Over the last six years, Mr. Chapman has held several senior administrative positions with DuBois, Pa.-based Penn Highlands Healthcare, including president of Penn Highlands Clearfield, a 40-bed acute care hospital, and Penn Highlands Elk, which, like Memorial Hospital, is a 25-bed critical access hospital.
Mr. Chapman holds a master’s degree in business administration from Niagara University in Lewiston, N.Y., as well as a certificate in healthcare leadership from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, N.Y. He is also a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
