Maine Behavioral Healthcare names Jason Rosenburg chief nursing officer

Maine Behavioral Healthcare announced Aug. 24 that Jason Rosenburg, MSN, will assume the role of chief nursing officer for the Portland, Maine-based organization.

Mr. Rosenberg currently serves as the director of inpatient services at Stephens Memorial Hospital in Norway, Maine. As chief nursing officer, he will oversee the delivery of nursing care, treatment and services throughout the system, including the Portland, Maine-based Spring Harbor Hospital.

Maine Behavioral Healthcare President Kelly Barton said that Mr. Rosenberg’s expertise in nursing leadership and knowledge of the healthcare system made him an ideal candidate. 

“He demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to connect and engage with staff to build programs and improve processes that will support care and safety throughout our settings,” Ms. Barton said. 

Maine Behavioral Healthcare is a nonprofit organization serving more than 30 locations throughout the state.
