Main Line Health CHRO steps down

Pam Teufel, senior vice president and chief human resources officer of Radnor, Pa.-based Main Line Health, has stepped down from the role.

Ms. Teufel became CHRO in March 2021 and exited in June, according to her LinkedIn profile. Before joining Main Line Health, she was CHRO of New Brunswick, N.J.-based St. Peter’s Healthcare System from 2017 to 2021.

Ms. Teufel expressed gratitude for her colleagues in a June 12 LinkedIn post.

“Like many people who joined during the dreadful year after the pandemic, I had no idea what the years ahead would hold,” she said. “What followed was an incredibly impactful, challenging, and rewarding experience that made a memorable imprint on my career.”

Earlier in her career, Ms. Teufel was chief people officer of DermOne, CHRO of Thomas Jefferson University and vice president of HR at Temple University Health System, all based in Philadelphia. 

Main Line Health includes five hospitals, seven health centers and more than 14,000 employees, according to its website.
