Madera (Calif.) Community Hospital selected Karen Paolinelli, RN, to serve as its permanent CEO.
Here are four notes:
1. Ms. Paolinelli became interim CEO in November 2017.
2. She has worked at the hospital for 35-plus years.
3. She served in numerous leadership roles, including COO.
4. Trained as a physician assistant and family nurse practitioner, she played a key role in developing Madera Community Hospital's rural health clinic system.
