Louisiana hospital names interim president

Glenwood Regional Medical Center, a 278-bed hospital in West Monroe, La., has named Jon Turton interim president.

Mr. Turton has led three Texas hospitals as CEO during the last 10 years, according to a Nov. 1 news release from Glenwood Regional. Most recently, he helmed Texas Vista Medical Center in San Antonio. 

Glenwood Regional Medical Center is operated by Dallas-based Steward Health Care.
