Lisa Allen, PhD. Chief Patient Experience Officer of Johns Hopkins Medicine (Baltimore). Dr. Allen became Johns Hopkins Medicine’s first chief patient experience officer in September 2014. Dr. Allen has more than 25 years of healthcare experience, having previously served as system vice president for quality, patient experience and patient safety with Boston-based Steward Health Care System. She also served as associate vice president for quality, patient safety and experience at Worcester, Mass.-based UMass Memorial Health Care and as director of quality management and outcomes measurement at Hartford (Conn.) Hospital.
