Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Hospitals has selected Jennifer Peters, JD, as vice president and chief operations counsel, according to a news release.
Ms. Peters most recently served as general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer at Simplex Healthcare, which was recently sold to Coral Springs, Fla.-based Arriva Medical, a diabetes care supply company.
She also served as vice president and associate general counsel at Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems.
