Mr. Bogan is currently CEO of Hancock, Mich.-based Portage Health. In his new role he will oversee Bell Hospital in Ishpeming, Mich., and Marquette (Mich.) General Hospital in addition to Portage Health. The CEOs of these three facilities will report to Mr. Bogan, according to the report.
Mr. Bogan will continue to serve as CEO of Portage Health until a replacement is named.
