LifePoint Hospitals names 4 new vice presidents

Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Hospitals has announced the appointment of four new vice presidents.

Kathy Winn has joined LifePoint as vice president of marketing services; Sharon Marti was appointed vice president of integration and transition services; Dana Begley was named vice president of post-acute services; and Cathy Florek was promoted to vice president of supply chain and clinical services.

Ms. Winn has nearly 20 years of marketing experience. Most recently, she served as market director of marketing for HCA/Parkridge Health System in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Ms. Marti brings more than 30 years of hospital operations and clinical care experience to her new position. Most recently, she served as vice president of operations for Diabetes Care Group in Nashville, Tenn.

Most recently, Ms. Begley served as vice president of medical management and post-acute services at Duke LifePoint’s Conemaugh Health System in Johnstown, Pa. She has more than 25 years of experience in outpatient services, business development and hospital operations leadership.

Before being promoted to vice president of supply chain and clinical services, Ms. Florek was senior director of contracting and value analysis. She joined LifePoint in 2012 and has more than 30 years of supply chain management experience.
