Mr. Gilbert came to LifePoint in August 2006 as senior vice president and general counsel as well as corporate secretary and chief governance officer. While at LifePoint, he also served as chief development officer. Prior to joining the hospital operator, he was partner at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis in Nashville, Tenn.
