Carlsbad (N.M.) Medical Center has named Blake Hubbard as CEO, effective April 27.
Mr. Hubbard brings more than 25 years of experience in health system and hospital executive leadership roles. He most recently served as CEO of Valley View Medical Center in Fort Mohave, Ariz., according to an April 28 LinkedIn post from the hospital.
During his tenure at Valley View Medical Center — an 84-bed hospital that is part of Brentwood, Tenn.-based Lifepoint Health — he led strategic capital projects, recruited primary care providers and specialists, and partnered with physicians to expand services and increase patient volumes.
Carlsbad Medical Center is a 99-bed facility andpart of Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems.
