Mr. Holland will also join the LHP board of directors. He currently serves as senior vice president of hospital operations at Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare Corp. Previously, he was CEO of Tenet’s North Fulton Regional Hospital in Roswell, Ga.
Mr. Holland succeeds Dan Moen, who will become executive chairman of the LHP board of directors. Current Chairman James Shelton will serve as lead director.
