LHP Hospital Group Appoints John Ehrie CFO

Plano, Texas-based LHP Hospital Group has selected John Ehrie as executive vice president and CFO, effective immediately.

Mr. Ehrie joined the private LHP as vice president of financial planning and analysis in 2012. Since then he has served as senior vice president of finance. He previously served as senior vice president of accounting and shared services and vice president and controller for 7-Eleven, vice president and controller for Wal-Mart International and CFO of Recall Corp..

Mr. Ehrie is taking over duties for Mark Miller, who recently resigned after less than a year on the job. A spokesperson for LHP said Mr. Miller resigned to "return to his roots in the technology sector." He has accepted a CFO position with an unnamed private software solutions company.

LHP has several joint venture partners, including Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello, Idaho, Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital-WNJ in Sherman, Texas, and two hospitals within Hackensack (N.J.) University Medical Center.
