Here are four things to know:

1. Ms. Correia currently serves as chief administrative officer at Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis.

2. Prior to that, she served as CEO of St. Paul, Minn.-based HealthEast, which merged with Fairview Health Services in 2017.

3. She holds a master’s of health administration degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus.

4. Ms. Correia succeeds George Brown, MD, who retired.
