Osage Beach, Mo.-based Lake Regional Health System named Dane W. Henry CEO.

1. Mr. Henry succeeds Michael Henze, who is retiring after 27 years in the role.

2. Mr. Henry most recently served as executive vice president and COO at DeKalb Regional Healthcare System in Decatur, Ga.

3. Prior to that, he was vice president of operations for Northeast Georgia Medical Center and Health System in Gainesville.

4. He is a former Air Force officer and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

5. Equipped with 24-plus years of healthcare experience, he holds an MBA from Florida State University in Tallahassee.
