Ohio’s East Liverpool City Hospital Names CEO

East Liverpool (Ohio) City Hospital has named Kenneth Cochran as president and CEO of the facility, according to a Review Online report.

Mr. Cochran most recently served as CEO of Cibola General Hospital in Grants, N.M. He has more than 15 years of hospital experience, including as chief nursing officer for Colorado Plains Medical Center in Fort Morgan, Colo.

Mr. Cochran replaces Mel Creely, who retired in July.
