Ms. Scanlon most recently served in the dual role of deputy chief nurse executive for Northwell Health and associate executive director of patient care services and chief nursing officer at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, N.Y.
She is a fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and a graduate of the Academy GE Fellows Program for Nurse Executives.
Ms. Scanlon succeeds Susan Kwiatek, DNP, who has been named vice president of Northwell’s strategic initiative for aging and supportive care.
