Kern Medical Center Names Russell Judd CEO

Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield, Calif., has named Russell Judd CEO, according to a KBAK/KBFX Eyewitness News report.

Mr. Judd most recently served as president and CEO of Mercy Hospitals of Bakersfield (Calif.).

Former Kern Medical Center CEO Paul Hensler’s contract was terminated in September, when county supervisors say they learned that the hospitals’ finances and budget had been mismanaged.
