Mr. Combs previously served as executive vice president of strategic growth and CFO for Mercy Health System in St. Louis. Since 1992, he has been working in finance-related positions for Mercy Health including the roles of CFO, treasurer and COO at Cincinnati-based St. John’s Mercy Health Care. He also served as CFO and treasurer at Mercy’s Rochester, N.Y.-based Unity Health System.
