Mr. Hugar took the helm Feb. 7, bringing with him more than three decades of senior leadership experience, according to a hospital news release.
Previously, he held leadership roles at Sharon (Pa.) Regional Medical Center and Holy Family Medical Center in Des Plaines, Ill.
