Bradley Tinnermon has been named senior vice president of revenue realization at Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente, according to a July 7 LinkedIn post.
Prior to his new role, Mr. Tinnermon served as Kaiser’s senior vice president of finance shared services, according to his LinkedIn page.
He also served as vice president of revenue cycle and revenue integrity for Phoenix-based Banner Health.
Mr. Tinnermon said in the post that in an integrated delivery network and risk-adjusted health plan environment, revenue cycle has a broader role than in a traditional fee-for-service model.
“Revenue capture, retention, reimbursement, and care funding are driven by multiple interconnected sources—some of which may be counterintuitive for leaders accustomed to a fee-for-service revenue cycle structure,” he said. “More to come as we continue advancing our value-based revenue cycle model that supports Kaiser Permanente in managing more than $100B in revenue.”
