In his new role, Mr. Hunn will oversee more than 10,000 employees at five hospitals, outpatient centers, long-term facilities, physician organizations and hospice programs. He has served as CEO of 12 hospitals over the last 19 years, primarily in southern California.
Mr. Hunn has spent the last five years at the Providence medical center in Torrance. He will now control Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, Providence Tarzana Medical Center and Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in San Pedro.
