Kaiser Permanente names Toby Marsh regional chief nursing executive

Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente tapped Toby Marsh, MSN, RN, as regional chief nursing executive and vice president, clinical integration for the Northern California region.

In his role, Mr. Marsh will focus on recruiting and hiring front-line staff, supporting the nurse residency program, oversee professional development for nurses and aid with certification and tuition support for those wanting advanced degrees, according to a Dec. 5 press release from Kaiser Permanente.

Mr. Marsh previously served as chief nursing and patient care services officer at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, Calif.
