Johns Hopkins Medicine taps VP of revenue cycle management

Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins Medicine has named Sharlene Seidman vice president of revenue cycle management, according to a March 19 LinkedIn post from Furst Group, an executive search firm. 

Ms. Seidman joins Johns Hopkins from Yale New Haven (Conn.) Health, where she served as senior vice president of revenue cycle since January 2023, according to her LinkedIn page. She previously served as the system’s vice president of patient financial services. 

“Sharlene Seidman is an accomplished healthcare finance executive with extensive experience in revenue cycle strategy and operations within large academic health systems,” the Furst Group said in its post. “She brings a collaborative, data-informed leadership style and a proven ability to align cross-functional teams, sustain performance, and lead through periods of transformation.”
