Johns Hopkins Health System selects Alicia Wilson as VP for economic development: 4 points

Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins Health System named Alicia Wilson vice president for economic development, effective July 29.

Four points:

1. Ms. Wilson will focus on establishing partnerships between public, private and nonprofit institutions in Baltimore to drive economic and social opportunity.

2. She most recently worked with the Port Covington Development Team, an urban
revitalization project.

3. She served as senior vice president of impact investments and senior legal counsel for Port Covington Impact Investments.

4. Ms. Wilson earned her law degree from the University of Maryland in College Park, and she previously worked as a labor and employment and litigation partner at Gordon Feinblatt.
