Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital selects new chief nursing officer: 4 points

St. Petersburg, Fla.-based Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital appointed Melissa Macogay, BSN, RN, vice president and chief nursing officer.

1. Ms. Macogay has worked at Johns Hopkins All Children’s in 2008.

2. She served in numerous leadership roles, including interim chief nursing officer and director of the pediatric intensive care unit.

3. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and American Organization of Nurse Executives.

4. Johns Hopkins All Children’s also appointed Lisa Kerrick, BSN, RN, associate chief nursing officer. She was previously senior director of perioperative services.
