Mr. Koch, who will assume his new roles on May 22, is currently serving as CEO of Bourbon Community Hospital in Paris, Ky., another LifePoint facility. Previously, he was vice president and COO of Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, W. Va. He helped transition Raleigh General to the LifePoint Health family in 2006.
Mr. Koch earned his master’s degree of health administration from the University of Kentucky in Lexington. He serves on the board of numerous organizations, including the Kentucky Hospital Association.
