Lake Huron Medical Center hires Jay de los Reyes to lead as CEO

Lake Huron Medical Center in Port Huron, Mich., appointed Jay E. de los Reyes CEO, effective in June.

Currently, Mr. de los Reyes is serving as interim CEO of the Memorial Hospital of Salem (N.J.) County. Prior to that, he was COO of Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw, Ind. He has more than 10 years of experience in healthcare administration.

Mr. de los Reyes holds an MBA and a master’s in health administration degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Lake Huron Medical Center CFO Chris Fulks is serving as interim CEO, until Mr. de los Reyes joins the leadership team.
