Jill Fuller. President and CEO of Prairie Lakes Healthcare System (Watertown, S.D.). Ms. Fuller took the helm of Prairie Lakes Healthcare System in November 2009, before which she served as chief nursing officer for nine years. Prairie Lakes Healthcare System, serving 10 counties, is located about 200 miles west of Minneapolis. She was previously an administrator at hospitals in Minot, N.D., and Winona, Minn. In 2014, she was appointed to the South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations’ board of trustees.
