Jersey Community Hospital in Jerseyville, Ill., added Shane Winters as its new director of information technology, according to a River Bender report.

1. Mr. Winters most recently served as manager of server and storage operations at Saint Louis University.
2. Mr. Winters was responsible for the strategic and architectural direction of all enterprise information systems at the university.
3. With more 20 years of IT experience, Mr. Winters has also worked at Karmak and Smurfit-Stone.
