2. He replaces interim CEO Steve Widener, who has retired.
3. Mr. Semrad has four years of consulting experience with rural hospitals and 14 years of experience in administrative and patient care-related roles in hospitals.
4. In addition to his new CEO duties, Mr. Semrad will help hire a permanent CEO for the hospital.
