Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Lutheran Health Network appointed Jake Golich CEO of St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne, effective July 8.

1. Mr. Golich comes to St. Joseph Hospital from Mountain Vista Medical Center in Mesa, Ariz., where he was CEO.

2. He was COO of Mountain Vista Medical Center and administrator at Tempe (Ariz.) St. Luke’s Hospital.

3. Mr. Golich holds a master’s in healthcare administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
