Vanguard Health Systems has named Jack Cleary CEO of West Suburban Hospital Medical Center in Oak Park, Ill., effective Aug. 1, according to a report by the Wednesday Journal.
Mr. Cleary most recently served as president of North Central Baptist Hospital in San Antonio. Vanguard, a for-profit hospital group based in Nashville, Tenn., expects to complete its acquisition of West Suburban by the end of July.
