Indianapolis-based Indiana University Health has named Adrienne Sims, PsyD, its chief human resources officer and senior vice president.
Dr. Sims most recently served as vice president of human resources and talent management for OneAmerica Financial Partners, according to a Nov. 4 release shared with Becker's. She previously held executive roles at Elevance Health, Roche Diagnostics, Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Dick's Sporting Goods.
