IU Health names SVP, chief strategy officer

Indiana University Health in Indianapolis has appointed Nicole Paulk senior vice president and chief strategy officer, a role she will assume Sept. 20.

Ms. Paulk’s responsibilities will include enhancing clinical programs and overseeing payer and population health strategies and business development opportunities, according to a news release shared with Becker’s Aug. 24.

Ms. Paulk joins IU Health from Milwaukee and Downers Grove, Ill.-based Advocate Aurora Health, where she was senior vice president of strategy and innovation. Other previous roles include vice president of strategic planning and service line growth for Falls Church, Va.-based Inova Health System and director of corporate strategy for Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
