Iredell Health taps human resources leader

Statesville, N.C.-based Iredell Health System has appointed Melanie Sleime assistant vice president of human resources.

Ms. Sleime has 34 years of experience in healthcare human resources, including roles at Adirondack Health in Saranac Lake, N.Y., Pardee Hospital in Hendersonville, N.C., and Portland-based MaineHealth, according to her LinkedIn profile.

She has a master’s in business administration from Florida Tech in Melbourne and is a senior certified professional with the Society for Human Resources Management.
