Greg DeWolf has been appointed interim president and CEO of Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Mr. DeWolf brings more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience, including nine years with the organization, according to an April 9 news release from Mercy Cedar Rapids. He most recently served as the hospital’s executive vice president and COO.
He succeeds Timothy Quinn, MD, who retired April 3.
Prior to joining Mercy, Mr. DeWolf held several federal healthcare leadership roles during a 22-year career in the Air Force, the release said.
